Oceane is a new apartment project on the Sunshine Coast. The 21 Coolum Beach apartments are one, two and three-bedroom, and some apartments are double-storey, offering buyers a diverse range of floor plans to choose from. The apartments sit one block back from the beach, offering buyers great views and quite a bit of privacy. The apartments are split across two free-standing pavilions, assisting with privacy and to increase views, according to the developer.
All of the apartments have multiple storage areas, which is something apartment-dwellers always appreciate. Air-conditioning and modern finishes chosen by Kim Walter Interior Designs to match the beachy exterior design are standard inclusions. Body corporate fees are estimated to range from $4,000 – $7,200 per year (depending on the apartment).
An agent is onsite in the display suite every Saturday from 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM.
Construction is set to begin soon and is expected to be completed in October 2020.
Oceane is located at 102-104 Coolum Terrace, placing it one block back from the beach. This is quite a residential area, which offers buyers a quieter beach lifestyle. The closest beach is First Bay Coolum, and the ever-popular park and picnic spot, Point Perry, is about five minutes’ walk away. There are shops and restaurants a few minutes drive away.
There are a number of schools nearby. This includes Coolum State School, which is a co-educational primary school, and Coolum Beach Christian College, which is for children kindergarten-aged to Year 12. Coolum State High School caters to children in years 7 through to 12.
