Luciana is a new townhouse project located in St Lucia, the suburb it takes its name from. The three, four and five-bedroom townhouses are close to several amenities including the University of Queensland and Indooroopilly Shopping Centre.
Luciana is a townhouse development consisting of three, four and five-bedroom townhouses. Every townhouse has been designed to feel luxurious, each having a unique architectural facades and rooftop terrace areas for entertaining (all of which have a view of Mount Coot-tha). There will be elevators to all levels, which is something downsizers may appreciate, and larger basement spaces that will allow residents to choose how this area is used — buyers can choose to expand this area to an enclosed four-car garage. Each townhouse will also have their own private garden areas.
One feature we particularly like is the inclusion of integrated indoor/outdoor areas on all levels of the townhouses. As you can see in the renders below, the kitchen and living areas are often integrated with a balcony area, which will help residents enjoy the Queensland weather year-round.
The townhouses are located in a highly sought-after suburb in Brisbane. Close to one of the biggest universities in the state — The University of Queensland — along with a number of other schools, the suburb is popular with families and professionals involved in education and research. The Brisbane CBD is also only 15-minutes drive away, which is another major drawcard for the suburb.
A similar project to Luciana is Parc Sunnybank Hills. The townhouse development sits behind Sunnybank Hills State School, and have been designed with families in mind. The townhouses are all four-bedroom with space for two cars, and the greater development includes 7,000m² of landscaped parkland and facilities. Equally important for owners who do not like being directly beside schools (and the resulting noise) the parkland separates the project from the school which will essentially prevent any noise from reaching residents, really giving families with school-aged children the best of both worlds — close proximity but without the hustle and bustle that comes from being beside a school.
There is no display suite for Luciana however appointments can be made to view other projects by the same developer or to have a meeting with the Luciana sales team. To do so, please use the enquiry form below.
Construction on Luciana commenced in January 2020.
Located at 12-18 Prospect Terrace, St Lucia, Luciana is just down the street from Jack Cook Memorial Park. There are a number of restaurants and cafes throughout the suburb, most no more than 10-minutes drive away. The largest shopping and dining precinct in the area is the Indooroopilly Central Shopping Centre, which is five minutes drive away, and there are several more restaurants, shops and cafes surrounding it. There are several bus stops near the townhouses, with the closest roughly 3-minutes walk away.
The University of Queensland (UQ) is six minutes drive away. This is the primary campus for the university, so you can expect parking and traffic to potentially be a little difficult during exam season as there are more than 50,000 students at the university. Ironside State School is 3-minutes drive away and caters to students from Prep to Year 6. Holy Family Primary School is 5-minutes drive away. High-school-aged students can attend the co-ed Indooroopilly State High School or the male-only Brisbane Boys College. Both of these schools are 5-minutes drive from Luciana Apartments.
All of the townhouses are self-contained with their own garden areas so there are no communal facilities at Luciana.
