M Apartments is a new apartment development located in the sought-after suburb of Kangaroo Point. It consists of 46 one and two-bedroom apartments which are spread across seven stories. The central location of the project is one of its major selling points – it’s close to everything in the Brisbane CBD, but still removed enough that residents don’t have to deal with all of the business the CBD can bring. The apartments are within walking distance of a number of amenities, including restaurants, cafes and shops. The Mater Hospital and Queensland Children’s Hospital is also just five minutes down the road, for resident’s peace of mind.
For those who commute to work, there are a number of travel options in the area. Using Main Street, residents can easily turn onto Vulture Street or the Pacific Motorway, which can be used to connect them through to most parts of Brisbane. If public transport is your preferred form of transport, options include bus (there are numerous stops along Main Road) and ferry, with the Maritime Museum Ferry Terminal roughly ten minutes walk away. The city is also accessable through the nearby Goodwill Bridge.
There are a number of schools in the area. The closest primary schools are St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School and East Brisbane State School, both of which are less than five minutes away. High schools in the area include St Laurence’s College, Shafston International College, All Hallows School, and Somerville House. If you are at (or considering attending) tertiary education, the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) Gardens Point campus is just across the river, while the Griffith University Southbank campus is just down the road.
