Robina is a relatively new suburb that has evolved rapidly over the past 20 years to become perhaps the premium residential, commercial and shopping suburb for the central to southern Gold Coast. Robina is located 13 km from Surfers Paradise. These luxury parkside terrace homes are all three-bedroom, with their own private courtyards and balconies. Prices start from $629,000.
Vue Terrace Homes consist of 71 three-bedroom, two and a half bathroom, stand-alone townhomes. All of the townhouses consist of three bedrooms, one main bathroom, an ensuite and a second small “living” area that can be used as either a second TV room, study or children’s play area. This gives buyers the ability to create a space that suits them and their lifestyle. Each townhouse has a balcony off the main bedroom with a courtyard off the living area. There is a glass sliding door out to the courtyard which opens up the living space, an ideal feature in ever-sunny Queensland. There are three types of townhouse still selling (6C, 5A and 7B), with prices starting from $629,000, $679,000 and $699,000 respectively.
All townhomes consist of either a double car garage or a single car garage with a single tandem carpark. All garages have secure roller doors. Vue Terrace Homes are situated in a gated community, adding an extra layer of protection for residents.

Vue Terrace Homes are located at 1 East Lane, Robina. Robina is an inner Gold Coast suburb located 13 km from the heart of Surfers Paradise, Cavil Avenue. The neighbouring suburbs to Robina are Merrimac, Mudgeeraba and Varsity Lakes. East Lane is located right next to Cbus Super Stadium, which is 270 m away. Of course, there are both positives and negatives related to this: attending events is a matter of walking down the road, but events can also bring larger than normal traffic and noise. However, given that Vue Terrace Homes are in a gated community, don’t expect the increase in traffic to be too much of an issue.
In terms of public transport, Vue is located quite close to a range of options. You can hop on the bus at Cheltenham drive bus stop (500 m) and head straight down to Broadbeach without having to change bus’ or you can walk to Robina station (500 m) and hop on the train to Brisbane. Trains run from Robina station every half an hour or so. The closest schools to Vue Terrace Homes are Robina State School, which caters to children in grades Prep – 6, (2.9 km away) and Robina State High School, grades 7 – 12, (850 m). There are also a number of other schools in the surrounding suburbs.
Robina has a number of amenities available to its residents. There is Robina Shopping Centre (750 m), which is the second-largest shopping centre on the Gold Coast and has shops ranging from Supermarkets to clothing stores, Robina Health Precinct (950 m) which boasts a number of essential health services including Robina Public and Private Hospital. The Robina Town Centre has a range of restaurants and entertainment services such as Event Cinemas, AMF Bowling and Laser Tag.
Residents at Vue Terrace Homes will have access to a resort-style pool and three BBQ areas. The pool is an infinity-edge pool that flows into a three-lane lap pool, with a specific shallow area for kids to enjoy. There are also multiple outdoor seating areas (including a cabana!), and sun loungers with umbrellas and side tables. Change rooms, bathrooms and an outdoor shower are also available for residents use. These spaces were created with year-round use in mind, and would be great to catch up with friend and family. The relaxation and entertainment zones will overlook the nearby Robina City Parklands (which residents will have direct access to).
As mentioned, the entire estate is gated, and will be cared for by a resident manager. This means that the estate will be cared for year-round.
All of the townhouses at Vue are three-bedroom plus a multi-media room, with two and a half bathrooms and two car parks. This gives buyers as much space as they need, be they downsizers, first home buyers, professionals or families.

Vue Terrace Homes have 3 colour schemes for residents to choose from, Cool, Warm and Classic. All three colour schemes follow the same design. The kitchens in the Vue Terrace Homes are one of the stand-out features of the townhouses, because they were designed for entertaining. Almost all of the kitchens have a central island bench (one floor plan option instead has a larger U-shaped kitchen). Both designs offer a lot of space, and a double sink.
The flooring throughout the ground level of the terrace homes with the “Warm” and “Cool” colour schemes are large gloss tiles. The flooring throughout the “Classic” colour scheme is timber look flooring. The first-floor flooring is carpet throughout the living area and bedrooms.
The courtyard opens up to the living space via a glass sliding door. The Courtyard and Balcony has two power points for electricity which is great. This makes it very easy for you to make these outside spaces truly functional living areas.
The living room and the main bedroom both have split system air conditioning. The living room air conditioning unit’s compressor is located at the side of the building which is great as it does not interfere with the courtyard space and should cut down the noise. The air-conditioner compressor for the main bedroom’s is located on the balcony, however, which isn’t ideal. Given that you do have the courtyard entertaining area, we would doubt that this balcony would be used a great deal.
Body corporate is $57 per week for residents at Vue Terrace Homes. This is slightly lower than the Robina average, which can be owed to the design of the townhouses and the wider development, both of which were designed to need minimal upkeep.
Vue Terrace Homes is undoubtedly targeted towards owner-occupiers. However, it is an extremely attractive prospect for investors due to the popularity of the area, and the quality of the townhouses themselves. The developer’s rental appraisals range between $580 — $650 per week (depending on the home type), which is slightly more than average for the area. This type of opportunity is few and far between on the Gold Coast for both owner-occupiers and investors.
