Promenade Rothwell is located at 159-217 Morris Road, 25km from Brisbane CBD and 65km to the Sunshine Coast. Morris Road connects to Deception Bay Road, which provides easy access to the highway heading both north and south. Promenade is in the direct vicinity of Moreton Bay Cycleway, connecting the development with several kilometres of bike paths that run along the border of the wetlands that separate Promenade from Moreton Bay. The area is only 10km to Scarborough beach and only 7km away from the up-and-coming shopping and dining mecca that is North Lakes.
Closer to home, you’ll find seven parks within a 1.5km radius of the Promenade land estate and Rothwell Home Maker Centre only a few minutes away.
Promenade house and land packages are ideal for families wanting to send their children to a great private high school, with Grace Lutheran College and Mueller College both within 3km. It is also in the catchment area for Deception Bay State School and Highschool, with North Lakes State College close by as well.
