The Project

A new apartment development currently under construction in Brisbane, Queen’s Wharf is one of the largest construction projects to take place within the CBD area in a number of years. The Residences form part of the larger Queen’s Wharf development, which is expected to become a landmark destination in the city. Queen’s Wharf Residences are located in the tallest building in the precinct. This tower is only the only residential tower that will be directly connected to the communal facilities of the integrated resort development.

There are several different types of apartments available for sale in the Queen’s Wharf Residences tower. There are one, two and three bedroom apartments available, separated into Emerald (levels 8-25), Ruby (levels 27-44) and Diamond categories (levels 45-64). Ruby and Emerald apartments will have balconies, while Diamond apartments will have winter gardens with lift and tilt windows.

One bedroom apartments are priced from $550,000, two bedroom apartments are priced from $780,000, and pricing for three-bedroom apartments can be found through application. Pricing differs between the three tiers of apartments types throughout the tower.

Other residences within the development have not been released for sale yet. Please check back soon for more information.

Location

Located at 8 Margaret Street, Brisbane City, Queen’s Wharf Residences sits overlooking the Brisbane River. Sitting inside the CBD, residents will find most amenities close by — and once the Queen’s Wharf development is complete, they won’t have to leave the larger development at all as it will be home to a number of shops and restaurants. For now, a five minute walk will put residents on Queen Street, where they will find some of Brisbane’s best shops, cafes and restaurants.

There are a number of amities within walking distance if you want to get out thought. Nearby residents will find the Brisbane City Botanic Gardens, which are a great place for a relaxing walk, whilst the Wheel of Brisbane and the South Bank Parklands are just across the river.

Given its central location, there are a number of schools close to Queen’s Wharf Residences. In less than 10 minutes drive, there are no less than 10 different schools. This includes all-girl options like Brisbane Girls Grammar School and All Hallow’s School, or their all-boy brother schools Brisbane Grammar School and St Joeseph’s Gregory Terrace. St. James College is six minutes drive away, as is Laura State School, whilst Brisbane Central State School is a little further away at eight minutes.

Communal Facilities

Residents at Queen’s Wharf Residences will have access to a large number of facilities throughout the tower. These include a 22 meter lap pool, a number of spas, gym, yoga spaces, a steam room and a sauna, BBQ’s, wine lounge, private dining rooms, business facilities and a cinema. There will be a number of indoor and outdoor seating areas incorporated around these facilities as well.

Level 26 will be home to a Sky Deck and Sky Garden for resident’s use.

The development will also include the rehabilitation of 12 football fields worth of riverside public space (approximately 7.4 hectares). Close to 300 new trees and 20,000 plants will be planted over this area

All residents will also have access to an in-house concierge service.
