A new apartment development, Trilogy consists of one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments across three buildings. The Kangaroo Point project is in a great location, considering its proximity to The Gabba, restaurants and public transport options including buses, trains, and the future Cross River Rail.

  • 525 one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments, POA
  • Located at 352 Vulture Street, Kangaroo Point
  • Construction has not commenced

The standout feature of Trilogy is the proposed podium level pools that sit on the sky bridge that sits atop the buildings, making the design a standout.

The Project

Trilogy is a new apartment project located in the sought-after Brisbane suburb, Kangaroo Point. The development consists of 525 apartments, split across one, two, three and four-bedroom configurations. Location

Located at 325 Vulture Street, Kangaroo Point, Trilogy sits just down the street from The Gabba Stadium. The project is close to a number of amenities, including restaurants, cafes, and shops. There will be great public transport options in the area, particularly once the Cross River Rail is completed in the coming years.

Communal Facilities

Residents will have access to two levels of amenities. Level 4 will be home to a smaller ‘Sky Park’, which is expected to include lots of greenery and be a small space where residents can gather. On level 9 residents will find the open ‘Sky Garden’ deck. This space will include several gardens, BBQ areas and will have the facilities to support outdoor cinema events. Stretching between two of the buildings, residents will find a large pool and pool area. Spread across level 18, this area will include a sky-bridge pool (with some areas having a glass bottom to allow swimmers to view the ‘Sky Garden’), which will be the largest elevated sky bridge in Brisbane. It will also include several entertainment areas where residents can catch up with friends and family. On level 18 of the building without the ‘Sky Bridge’, residents will have access to another pool and recreation area.
