Hamilton Reach is a master-planned community located 6km from the Brisbane CBD. Buyers have a number of options to choose from. There are the ‘Riverlight’ apartments, which start at $435,000 for a one (1) bedroom apartment, and $467,500 for two (2) bedroom apartments. There are also limited two (2) bedroom apartments left at the recently completed ‘Atria North’, which start at $625,000. There are only 8 ‘River Homes’, which each have four (4) bedrooms across their two or three levels.
Construction is due to be complete on the Hamilton Reach Riverlight apartments (stage one Riverlight East) in spring 2018. While the Newport apartments and the luxury Hamilton Reach River Homes part of the development are already complete.
