You can walk to Southbank via the river walk in around four minutes and enjoy the parklands surrounding Kangaroo Point cliffs

The development fronts Vulture Street which is a major arterial and incurs heavy traffic congestion at peak hours. There is street parking too but only at specific times as it is a clearway.

Nearby developments include Aria and St Julian Residences but they won’t impose on the views.

Body corporate for the penthouses is about $4500 per annum and this covers the cost of an onsite manager.

The Goodwill Bridge will take you directly to  the CBD and the City Cat is only a minutes walk. Peak is in the catchment area for Brisbane State High School, universities are nearby and all modes of transport are at your fingertips.
