The Project

While these the starting price of these townhouses was $511,000 off the plan, a select number of the remaining townhomes are now selling for a starting price of $499,000, making them notably friendly for first-home buyers as far as budget is concern.

The double storey townhomes have a tandem balcony and a single garage, with residences sized from 157m². Although there is only one garage, there is also a covered tandem space next directly next to each double storey residence. Triple storey townhomes have a double garage and private courtyard and sit around 166m². The premium townhomes that are available are completely unattached residences and offer a double garage as well as private balcony. These premium townhouses also provide the most amount of living space, starting from 171m².

The Location

Everton Hills is a great location, conveniently situated close to all the recreation and activities of the northern suburbs, but also commuting distance to the CBD (13kms). The area is very walkable and is five minutes drive to the closest train station. If you prefer to drive, Everton Hills provides easy access to several of Brisbane’s major transport corridors via South Pine Road including the M1, as well as the Airport Link Tunnel. Local school, Prince of Peace Lutheran College, is walking distance away, as is the lovely Cabbage Tree Creek Reserve and Bunyaville State Forest, which are perfect for avid adventurers to spend their weekends exploring.
