Park House Residences is a recently launched apartment development in Chermside. There are two, three and four-bedroom apartments for sale, with the average apartment size being 120 sqm (with 51 sqm balconies!). All of the apartments have at least one car park (the penthouses have three), and the 51-apartment project also has secure storage areas. Prices start $510,000.
All residents will have access to the pool, spa, sauna, gym, landscaped gardens and BBQ area. Park House Residences is also located just across the road from the Westfield Chermside Shopping Centre and backs onto 7th Brigade Park.
The display suite is currently located on site at 69 Kittyhawk Drive and is open from Wednesday – Sunday, 10am – 4pm or by appointment.
Park House Residences has been carefully designed to promote cross-breezes throughout all apartments and penthouses. This is something we look for here at PropertyMash.com and is a hugely valued feature in apartments in our sub-tropical climate in Brisbane. There is ducted air-conditioning throughout and ample storage space in the basement. The quality kitchens are made to be used, with high-end inclusions and features. Construction on Park House Chermside is expected to get underway in May of 2019, with completion anticipated by June 2020.

Chermside has great public transport connectivity, with the shopping centre bus interchange just across the road. The closest primary school is Wavell Heights State School on Monroe Street, just 4-minutes drive away from Park House and Wavell State High School is also only 6 minutes away.
