The Lumi Collection offers 145 one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Tower 1 is 13 stories high, while Tower 2 is 7 stories high. One-bedroom apartments are priced from $339,900 with two-bedroom, two bedroom apartments starting from $479,900. Three-bedroom apartments are priced from $599,000 with sub-penthouses starting at $799,900 and the penthouse available for $1,495,000. Notably, Lumi has achieved Canberra’s highest average energy efficiency, with a rating of 8.5 stars.

Lumi is located on the western edge of the Gungahlin town centre, within walking distance of many facilities and amenities. The Marketplace, notably featuring both a Kmart and a Woolworths is only 350m away, with Bunnings also only 200m away. There is also a Family Health Centre and childcare facilities close by, as well as the Gungahlin Leasure Centre and Library. Lumi is also positioned within walking distance of the Yerrabi Pond District Park and Waterfall Precinct. This new apartment development is located about 20 minutes north of the Canberra CBD and about 25 minutes from Parliament House. The University of Canberra is just under 15-minutes drive away.
