The Hansford Residences are a collection of 59 new townhouses located in Coombabah, between Runaway Bay and Helensvale on the Gold Coast. There are a number of three and four-bedroom, double-storey townhouses in the development, with prices starting from $449,000.
Residents at these Gold Coast townhouses have access to a few amenities, including a pool, shared BBQ and seating area. The Hansford Residences townhouses are also pet-friendly, due to the private patios each townhouse has. Body corporate fees are expected to be about $40 per week.
UPDATE NOVEMBER 2019: Only 14 townhouses at The Hansford Residences have not been sold or are still without an expression of interest. The remaining townhouses are priced from $470,000.
