Encore Broachbeach is a new apartment development on Britannia Avenue in Broadbeach. There are 84 two and three-bedroom apartments across the 25 storeys, with two levels of residential facilities as well as basement car parking and storage options. The project was completed in March 2021. The tower’s expansive apartments feature ocean and city skyline views, while floor-to-ceiling double-glazed windows wrap the entire building.
The $78 million Encore Broadbeach has completed construction, after an 18-month build undertaken by Hutchinson Builders. Construction commenced on Encore Broadbeach in June 2019, just six months after the off-the-plan sales launch of the project.
The 84 apartments are spaced out with only four per floor, providing buyers with added privacy. Two bedroom, one bathroom apartments with a single car space are all light-filled corner apartments. The north-east facing two-bedroom apartments offer direct ocean views and also have an additional bathroom. As well as the two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments, Encore also offers large two bedders with and an additional study/multi-purpose room, providing great storage and functionality for downsizers. Finally, there are the three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments that offer stunning 180-degree views from a wrap-around balcony.
The entryway of Encore Broadbeach adds to the grandeur and luxury feeling on the development with a triple-height lobby and decorative facade. The entire building is also pet friendly, which is great news for those wanting to take their four-legged friend with them to their new home.

Located on Britannia Avenue, Encore Broadbeach is a short 400m walk the beach, with Broadbeach Park just 200 metres away, offering the perfect location for a picnic. The Bowls Club is also within easy walking distance, as are a slew of restaurants in the local dining precinct offering a range of cuisine options. The Gold Coast Exhibition Centre is also just 10 minutes walk away, with The Star Casino just a few extra minutes walk from Encore. The closest G-Link Light Rail stop is Broadbeach North, located just outside the Convention Centre. The Oasis Shopping Centre nearby makes it easy to grab your groceries and has a range of specialty shops as well. Pacific Fair, offering over 400 specialty stores, a cinema and plenty of restaurants, is also located close by, at just over 1.5km away.

Encore Broadbeach features wellness-club style facilities across two floors including a 25m heated lap pool with expansive adjoining residents lounge with barbecue facilities. This development also offers residents exclusive access to a sauna, spa, yoga lawn, and large gym complete with shower facilities. Encore Broadbeach also provides bicycle racks for the use of residents and guests.
The apartments at Encore Broadbeach have double-glazed, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, maximising the light and airy vibe of the apartments, and capitalising on the views. Large sliding glass doors join the living areas to the balconies, bringing the outdoors in. The master ensuites in the larger two-apartments and the three-bedroom apartments offer mirrored storage and double vanities, as well as the signature floor to ceiling glass meaning residents can enjoy the expansive skyline views even when they’re brushing their teeth. All kitchens have an open-plan design and feature European appliances with soft-close joinery, as well as a full-hight pantry and kitchen island.
