Local family-run developer Andrews Projects has doubled down on its belief in Broadbeach by commencing construction on its second apartment tower in the suburb in two years. Also currently under construction by Andrews Projects is Vue Broadbeach in First Avenue, which is due to be completed later this year.
Andrews Projects Sales Manager Sarah Andrews said constructing two towers in Broadbeach at the same time reinforced the company’s confidence in the suburb’s property market.
“We are very particular about the projects we pursue and Broadbeach ticks all the boxes for what we look for in a location for our apartment towers,” she said.
“It is not only picturesque and home to the Gold Coast’s best and widest range of entertainment and dining options, but boasts a level of infrastructure and public transport options to rival anywhere.
“As long-time Gold Coasters, we have an intimate knowledge of the city’s property market and the fact we are simultaneously building two towers in Broadbeach says it all about our confidence in the suburb.”
