The Project

Serenity 4212 is a new house and land and townhouse estate located in the Gold Coast suburb of Helensvale. The first stage of the 65-hectare project is ‘Serenity Waters’, which consists of waterfront land ranging between 500 to 1,326 sqm. These lots have the option to have a pontoon within Lake Serenity. The second stage of the project is known as ‘Serenity Green’, and consists of four-bedroom townhouses.

Construction updates

APRIL 2020: Construction is expected to begin in earnest at Serenity in the coming weeks. Golding Contractors have conducted their OH&S review onsite, and have begun early works.

Location

Located at 410 Helensvale Road, Helensvale, Serenity sits next to extensive parklands and, of course, Lake Serenity. The estate is close to a number of restaurants, shops and schools, with most of these amenities no more than 10 minutes away.

Communal facilities

Residents will have access to a 10-hectare parkland and more than a third of the project will be given over to a nature reserve.
