The Project

All apartments at Summit Labrador come with one secure car park as a minimum. All the one-bedroom apartments have a singular car park as do some of the two bedrooms. The remaining two-bedroom apartments, as well as all three bedrooms, have two car parks included as standard. Residents at these new Labrador apartments will have access to several resort-style facilities including a resort-style pool, residents lounge and BBQ area.

Construction Updates

OCTOBER 2020: Construction is now complete, meaning these apartments are ready to move into now.

DECEMBER 2019: Construction is now well underway, with the ground floor apartments expected to be completed by Christmas. The rest of the apartments are starting to take shape, with concrete poured up to level 6 and various internal and external works underway on levels 1-5.

Construction began on Summit Labrador apartments in November 2018 and the development is scheduled for a July 2020 finish.

This new apartment development sits just 10-minutes drive from Southport, 20 minutes from Broadbeach and just over 40 minutes from Brisbane CBD. Summit is located directly adjacent to the Gold Coast Highway, which means some traffic noise may be heard from the apartments.
