The rental demand is average in the area, with 54% of Labrador residents renting. The rental appraisals for each apartment configuration are as below:
One-bedroom apartment: $390 per week with an average net yield of 4.15%.
Two-bedroom apartment: $540 per week with an average net yield of 4.51%.
Three-bedroom apartment: $640 per week with an average net yield of 4.42%.
Summit is one of the only apartment developments that’s currently under construction with brand-new units for sale in Labrador; along with Inspire Broadwater Central apartments which are currently under construction and due for completion in 2020 — also located on Frank Street.
