Magnoli Apartments is a new apartment development located 100 meters away from the beach in the Gold Coast suburb of Palm Beach. There are 102 one, two and three-bedroom apartments available across the two new apartment buildings, and there are six terrace homes, which have all been sold. A cafe/dining area overlooks the large community park connecting the two buildings and the terrace homes. Prices start at $395,000. Residents at the new Magnoli Apartments Palm Beach will have access to the community park, pool, lounge, and BBQ areas.
APRIL 2020: The communal areas and landscaping are close to complete at Magnoli. Fencing and timber arbours to the Gold Coast Highway commenced construction in the second week of April, along with the timber arbour to the Brook Avenue Terrace. The six terrace homes are now complete with residents preparing to move in this month. In Tower 1, the lift fit outs are now complete and the construction on the rest of the building is beginning to wrap up as it is nearly ready for settlement in May/June 2020. Take note of the greenery already growing on the external balconies — having well-established greenery in a new apartment project before residents move in is pretty rare and is evidence of how much effort is going into the development of these apartments.
