Sable on Palm is a 39-apartment development located in the Gold Coast suburb of Palm Beach. There are a range of two and three bedroom plus study apartments, with several different apartment designs. Most of the apartments have views out to either Surfers Paradise to the north, or Rainbow Bay to the south. Prices start at $560,000 for the two-bedroom apartments while three-bedrooms are from $1.15 million. Sable on Palm is currently under construction, and most of the apartments sold have gone to future owner-occupiers. Residents also have access to a residents-only pool and gym.
JANUARY 2019: Sable on Palm is now well underway, with the apartment building beginning to come together.
