Exhale is a collection of 54 beachside residences in the Northcliffe pocket of Surfers Paradise, 60 metres from the sand. Between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, close to both, removed from the noise.
With two to three residences per typical floor, Exhale offers a more private residential setting. The building is intended for permanent residential living, with no short-stay letting.
Across Levels 2 and 3, Exhale provides two floors of amenity for its 54 residences. Facilities include a gym, a yoga and Pilates studio with reformer machines, a traditional sauna, an ice shower, a heated magnesium spa, and a heated magnesium pool with an ocean backdrop. A private dining room with caterer’s kitchen, library, cinema lounge, and dedicated surfcraft room provide spaces for entertaining, relaxing, and enjoying the beachside location.
Exhale has dual street access via Enderley Avenue and Vista Street, a pedestrian crossing leading to the patrolled beach, and Northcliffe light rail station at the end of Enderley Avenue.
Architecture is by BDA Architecture, drawing on the organic forms of sand dunes and the utilitarian lines of ocean racing sailboats. The interior design concept is by Studio Collective, developed and brought to life by Teak Projects. Interiors feature Limed Ash American Oak floors, Rosemee stone benchtops, Aspen Elm joinery, and Gunmetal Arcisan tapware. Expansive glazing, extending up to 35 metres, captures views of the ocean, coastline, hinterland, and Surfers Paradise skyline, with outlooks varying by residence and level.
Exhale is developed, built, sold, and managed by SIERA.
Founded by Brent Thompson in 2014, SIERA is a founder-led, vertically integrated Queensland builder-developer creating residences across South East Queensland. Bringing development and construction together under one roof, SIERA oversees site selection, design, construction, sales and ongoing building management, with a focus on how people live and the lasting quality of their homes.
