Sydney’s most sought-after projects

Sydney is notoriously one of the hardest markets to get into in Australia: beyond the intense competition between buyers, the sheer number of projects throughout the city can leave you unsure of where to start. After all, all of them look equally great on paper. Choosing the right home or investment property for you is especially difficult in the tumultuous times we’re living in right now, with many reconsidering whether they should buy at all. Don’t worry though – now is actually an unprecedentedly good time to buy due to the large number of grants on offer and record-low interest rates.

With that in mind, we’ve bought together the best projects throughout Sydney for your perusal. In the three months to end of June, newly-launched and nearly completed development projects across Sydney have been hot topics on the PropertyMash website. Here, we’ve bought together the projects everyone’s talking about. These projects are ranked by visitation on PropertyMash.com. These are Sydney’s Top 10 most visited projects that are for sale on PropertyMash.com for the past 3 months.
