Ovation Quarter is a multi-stage apartment development located next to Sydney Olympic Park. With over 3,000 apartments planned over the entire development, the first stage (known as ‘Emerald’) is currently selling. As much of the apartments as possible will be constructed with sustainable materials.
One, two and three-bedroom apartments in a variety of floor plan configurations are available at Ovation Quarter. A standout feature of all the apartments are their kitchens, which are made with cooks in mind. As such, they are slightly bigger than normal, and include European appliances. The bathrooms feature Parisi fixtures, and a custom-made bathtub — even in the one-bedroom apartments, which you rarely see. There will also be frameless shower screens and full-height feature walls, to make the bathrooms feel more similar to a hotel.

The first stage of Ovation Quarter is located at 29 Carter Street, Lidcombe. The full development of Ovation Quarter is quite large, but the first stage sits just around the corner from the Western Motorway.
ANZ Stadium is just down the road, along with the main Sydney Olympic Park center. Residents will find this proximity useful if they’re a big sporting fan, as they won’t have to rush to get to games and events — a two minute walk will have them there. The proximity to these sporting grounds also mean that residents have a number of public transport options close by. There are no less than seven bus stops within five minutes walk.
Residents at Ovation Quarter will have access to a number of facilities across the development. The first stage of the development is set to include a number of parklands, along with an integrated retail center. Future stages of the development are set to include other facilities.
