  • One, two and three-bedroom apartments priced from $570,000
  • Located at 36 Church Street, Lidcombe
  • Construction has not begun
  • Almost all of the apartments have northerly aspects, making them ideal for hosting events with friends and family or having a quiet breakfast on the balcony year-round

The Project

The Lidcombe Rise is a new apartment development located close to Sydney Olympic Park. The project may be ideal for first home buyers and professionals due to its price point and location — close to the city but not so close that residents feel part of the constant hustle and bustle.

One, two and three-bedroom apartments are spread across nine levels, with a variety of floor plan configurations available. All of the apartments come in two colour schemes (light and dark), with the option to upgrade from tiles to wooden flooring throughout the main areas. The apartments all have floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors connecting the kitchen and living/dining areas to the balconies, which will make the space feel bigger.

Location

Located at 36 Church Street, Lidcombe, The Lidcombe Rise sits just off from Metroad 6, which becomes Olympic Drive. Using the nearby A4 Western Motorway, residents can be in the city within 30 minutes — although, they can do it in slightly less time by catching the train that runs along the back of the property. Coming every 15 minutes, residents can take the T1 or T2 lines to be in the city.

Given the project’s proximity to Sydney Olympic Park, there are quite a few restaurants and cafes in the surrounding areas. The nearby parkland is also home to a number of sporting, cultural and leisure activities year-round, which is great for residents who are looking to get out and about.

A number of schools are close to the new apartment development. This includes Lidcombe Public School, and St Joachim’s Primary School for children in Prep to Year 6. Amity College and Auburn Girls High School are also less than 10 minutes drive away.

Communal Facilities

Resdients at The Lidcombe Rise will have access to landscaped gardens throughout the development.
