The 7 apartments at Parque on Oxford are single level and are sized between 183m² and 254m². For those after more space, the towhomes will be spread over a generous size of between 225m² and 313m² with prices between $995,000 and $1,099,000. There are both three level and two level townhomes for sale. All residences at Parque offer 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, as well as generous sized balconies. Living areas are all open plan, giving the townhouses and exceptionally spacious feel. Parque on Oxford is, as the name suggested, located on Oxford Terrace in Taringa. Sitting about 5km from the city, the streets surrounding this development are surprisingly quiet and leafy. Indooroopilly Shopping Centre is accessible within 10-minutes drive, with hundreds of specialty shops, department stores, restaurants and a cinema. Parque on Oxford is also just a short minutes drive from the Taringa Train Station and is definitely within walking distance. Also within walking distance from Parque on Oxford is the local favourite, a Italian restrauant called Place of Stones. Residents can also walk to the Gailey Fiveways, which has a Night Owl and local fruit shop, making picking up any last-minute supplies easy. Oxford Terrace is also just a few minutes walk from the river, which provides a beautiful backdrop for afternoon strolls. The University of Queensland is located in neighbouring suburb of Saint Lucia, and is about 5-minutes drive away, making Parque the perfect location for academics or researchers. There are a number of local parks close by, including Perrin Park and Jack Cook Memorial Park, both perfect for a picnic.
The connectivity of Taringa is outstanding, with easy access to the city and highways, however, the area has the vibe and culture of a quiet and quaint suburb — the best of both worlds.
Upon completion, this development will feature beautiful landscaped gardens both out the front, and in the countyards of the townhouses which will incorporate both new an existing trees. Out the front of the development sits large jacaranda trees, which bloom a spectacular purple ever October. This project is a continuation, a Part B of sorts, to their previous Taringa development of three large townhouses on the same site which was completed in 2018.
