One of the best features of the estate is its proximity to a number of amenities. The main Caloundra CBD is roughly ten minutes drive away, as a number of beaches. There is a smaller shopping centre next to the estate, which is home to a Bunnings, dance studio and storage facility, among others. About five minutes drive away, residents will find the Stockland Caloundra Shopping Centre. As is evident, the estate sits in a location giving it great access to the amenities that residents will use most often in their day-to-day lives.
The estate doesn’t have direct access to the nearby Caloundra Road – it is actually the cul-de-sac end of a road next to the busier main road, which gives residents a bit more privacy. Noise from the main road will be reduced by the small nature block in front of half of the estate.

Located at 1-17 Sea Breeze Place, Little Mountain, Sea Breeze Estate sits just off the nearby Caloundra Road. This is the main road running through both Little Mountain and Caloundra. Next to the estate, residents will find a number of shops, including everything from a Bunnings to a GoodLife Health Club to a Chemist.
Sport and exercise enthusiests will find a number of amenities close by. The Russel Barker Memorial Park, just a few minutes down the road, is home to the Caloundra Panthers and the Caloundra Indoor Stadium. The Jill Camberlain Reserve is home to a number of hiking tracks, while the Sugar Bag Road Mountain Bike Trails are only ten minutes drive away. The Caloundra Golf Club is also about ten minutes down the road. If you’re more into thrill-seeking, the Caloundra Aerodome and Airfield are just a few doors down and are home to the aforementioned Aerodome along with a Skydiving business and the Queensland Air Museum.
There are a few schools in the surrounding area. The closest school is Unity College, which is a co-educational Prep to Year 12 school. Caloundra Christian College and Meridian State College are also co-educational Prep-Year 12 schools (Caloundra State College also has a kindergarten for children aged 3-5). Both schools are eight minutes away. A little further down the road is Our Lady of the Rosary Primary School, a smaller co-educational Catholic school.
