Saltaire is a new apartment project located in Kings Beach on the Sunshine Coast. Minutes away from the beach, these 14 apartments are all designed primarily for downsizers. Each of the apartments are designed to be both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Saltaire is an apartment development with two and three-bedroom apartments available. There is also a single four-bedroom penthouse apartment. There are only 14 apartments in the project, making it ideal for those who want to downsize in a smaller project. The entire development is designed to be low maintenance, and as the building is quite small, we would expect body corporate fees to be low although we have not been able to verify this. There will be ocean views from level three and above. All of the apartments have larger than normal balconies or courtyards and they are designed to be spaces where you can entertain or relax easily. The frameless glass balconies are a nice touch and will add to the quality of the view.
Every apartment includes European stainless steel appliances, stone benches, reverse cycle air-conditioning and stone wall cladding. These inclusions help to highlight the fact that the apartments have been designed to be functional as well as aesthetically pleasing, linking the indoor and outdoor areas — which is exactly what you want when you’re this close to the beach. The two-bedroom apartments have one car park and are priced from $490,000. Three-bedroom apartments are priced from $600,000 and have two car parks.
Saltaire is also pet-friendly, if you were worried about moving in without your furry friend.
A similar project to Saltaire is Plaza Central Maroochydore, which sits across the road from the Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre.

Located at 15 Saltair Street, Kings Beach, Saltaire is less than 10 minutes walk away from the beach.
