Plaza Central Maroochydore is a one, two and three-bedroom apartment development located across from the Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre. Stage One is now selling, with the 85-apartment project spilt across two buildings. Plaza Central Maroochydore is located 10 minutes away from Sunshine Coast University, and Noosa is 35 minutes away, with all of its retail and dining options. Of course, when you’re that close to Sunshine Plaza, all you have to do is walk across the road to grab something!
The apartments in Stage One of Plaza Central are already 78% sold, with the remaining apartments expected to sell quickly too. Two bedroom apartments are available from $435,000. As well as the 85 apartments, Plaza Central will also include six commercial tenancies across 615m² on the ground floors of the two buildings.

Plaza Central apartments are located on Pikki Street in Maroochydore, just across the road from Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre. With completion due on a $420 million refurbishment due to open late March including a brand new David Jones, already excellent local amenities will shortly become even better. Plaza Central apartments are surrounded by cafes and restaurants that are perfect for catching up with friends or a lazy Sunday morning brunch. There is also a Coles and a Woolworths as well as a pharmacy and a post office, along with 300 specialty stores.
Plaza Central also provides all the benefits you’d expect of living on the Sunshine Coast, with a number of beaches within walking distance. Cotton Tree Pier is just 1.3km away and Picnic Point Esplanade is just under a 1km walk.

Plaza Central apartments are NBN enabled and also provide residents with secure basement parking. There is no pool or residents lounge at Plaza Central, although with the beach and waterfront cafes so close, this shouldn’t be too detrimental to the residents.
The apartments at Plaza Central offer seamless integration between the indoor and outdoor living areas, maximising natural light through every room. Balcony outlooks vary depending on floor level and position however range from long-distance views northerly with some distant water viewlines captured on higher levels to the north-east. Apartments facing to the south look over to Sunshine Plaza. All the one-bedroom apartments have one bathroom and one car park. Two of the two-bedroom floor plan options have a sole bathroom as well, while the other three two-bedroom floor plans have an additional bathroom. There is also one three-bedroom floor plan option which has two bathrooms as well.
The two-bedroom apartments measure between 58m² and 75² with some balconies as large as 29m². It’s also worth noting that the air conditioning condenser for each apartment is located on the balcony, however, they are tucked away as much as possible.
There are two colour schemes available at Plaza Central Maroochydore to buyers purchasing off-the-plan. The first, ‘coast’ is inspired by the landscape of Maroochydore, with neutral and lighter toned hues. The alternative colour palette, ‘city’ instead features a bold contrast of tones and is much more urban-inspired. The finishes inside the apartments include stone benchtops, nickel fittings and European kitchen appliances. In the kitchen, you’ll find clean white cabinetry and timber-grain joinery and low-maintenance tiles underfoot. The bedrooms are light and airy and will feature quality carpet.
