Bokarina Beach is a beachside estate located in Birtinya on the Sunshine Coast, just north of Currimundi. There are a number of projects throughout it, from land releases to apartment developments, and it has quickly become one of the most sought-after areas on the Sunshine Coast.

Technically a part of Kawana Waters, Bokarina Beach is expected to continue growing and developing over the coming years. When completed, the development will include a patrolled beach, cafes, parks and lakes, and boutique shopping and dining strips. Of course, anything that’s missing in Bokarina Beach is just a short stroll or car ride away, given the amazing development of Kawana Waters as a whole – if you can name it, it’s somewhere in the massive development.

The Sunshine Coast Health precinct is close by, along with the new Sports Hub, which is ideal for those who like to keep fit or just want a place to catch up with friends. The Sunshine Coast airport is 20 minutes drive away, and the hospital 5 minutes away, making anything you’ll need within easy access. The Sunshine Coast is also set to receive Australia’s next subsea broadband cable, meaning it will have the fastest internet in the Asia-Pacific region. There’s every reason to get excited about this quickly-growing region.

One of the most anticipated projects in Bokarina Beach is Seanna Residences, a boutique apartment development designed for owner-occupiers. With two and three bedroom apartments available, with seaside project is expected to have some of the best views in the area, stretching all along the northern coast to Point Cartwright. Prices are yet to be released, but Seanna Residences is already drawing in large amounts of attention, and for good reason.

Another project that people are watching closely is Oceanus. One of the last developments in Bokarina Beach, this beachfront development is already selling quickly. Apartments have 180-degree views from Caloundra in the south to as far north as the eye can see, making Oceanus ideal for those who want to watch the sunset every day for the rest of their lives.
