“North-eastern beachside sites such as these are exceptionally rare on the Sunshine Coast, particularly with ocean views and northerly views across a two-hectare central parkland to Point Cartwright. It’s something that won’t be offered again” Mr Grabbe said.
The first sales release of apartments in Seanna Residences is scheduled for mid-2019, with completion and opening of the retail precinct and first residents expected by early 2021.
Seanna Residences is located on the corner of Bokarina Boulevard and Longboard Parade at Bokarina Beach. This location offers outlooks extending from Caloundra all the way to Noosa, with every apartment in the complex having excellent views. This new development is set to become a landmark project for the area, and is expected to benefit from the proximity to the Sunshine Coast Health Precinct and new Maroochydore CBD which is now under development.
