Rosella place is in a great location, given its proximity to a number of amenities throughout the suburb. Backing onto a parkland that itself backs onto the TAFE Nambour campus, the project is also just over seven minutes drive from the Nambour train station and shopping centre.
A new house and land estate located in Nambour, Rosella Place sits just a few minutes away from a number of amenities in the suburb. Sitting in the hills of Nambour, Rosella Place sits back from the road traffic in a cul-de-sac, which will give residents a greater level of privacy and help to reduce traffic noise.
All of the lots at Rosella Place are much larger than usual for Nambour. Rosella Place is made up on 13 lots which range in size from 1,002 sqm to 2,544 sqm. Almost all of the lots have views over the surrounding area owing the fact that the site sits on a slight incline. There are house designs for each lot, ranging between two, three and four-bedroom house designs. A number of the lots have provisions for dual key residences, some of which are completely separate homes, giving residents and their tenants more privacy.
A major plus of the project is that it backs onto a parkland reserve, so residents will not only have an extra spot to go for hikes or walk the dog, but will also have a buffer against the nearby TAFE Nambour.

Located on Rosella Place, Nambour, the aptly named house and land development sits behind the TAFE Queensland Nambour Campus. The estate sits less than 10 minutes from Nambour’s central shopping and entertainment district. This area has a number of shops (including a Coles and Big W), restaurants (in every cuisine) and cafes, along with entertainment options like cinemas and the Nambour Library.
For peace of mind, residents will be comforted to know that there are a number of amenities close by that will ensure their health and safety. The Nambour General Hospital is just five minutes drive down the road. The local police station is six minutes down the road, and there are two fire stations within eight minutes of the development.
For residents who have (or plan to have) children, there are a number of options in the surrounding area. This includes the Nambour Community Pre-school and Kindergarten (for children aged 5 and below). Primary school-aged children have a number of options, including Burnside State School, St Joseph’s Primary School, and Woombye State School. The closest high schools include Burnside State High School and St John’s College (a boys-only catholic high school). These schools cater to children in years 7 through to 12. Some of the schools in the area run from Prep/Grade 1 to Grade 12: this includes OneSchool Global (Nambour Campus), Nambour State College, and Blackall Rage Independent School and Nambour Christian College. All schools are known for having strong science programs.
