Everton Park, a northern Brisbane suburb approximately 8 kms from the CBD, will soon be getting a new purpose-built ‘Brooklyn style’ laneway which will house a range of eateries as part of the new Everton Plaza development.
Everton Plaza sits at the corner of Stafford Rd and South Pine Rd and is directly opposite the brand new Woolworths Everton Park centre and the now empty Masters Superstore.
The Centre desperately needs an upgrade, and this announcement will be well received by locals. A similar laneway at Chermside Shopping Centre, albeit much larger, has been a huge success and no doubt the owners of Everton Plaza are hoping for the same.
5 Boroughs, Corbett & Claude, Comuna Cantina, Stellarossa and Neighbourhood Market Co are among the first retailers to commit.
Hutchinson Builders have commenced construction of Park Lane with completion due summer 2018.
