Every apartment has car parks in the secure basement, along with extra storage.

APRIL 2020: Construction is progressing quickly on 272 Hedges Avenue. Basement 1 is now complete, and the ground floor is currently under construction. Based on the current program of works, the project is still on target for a mid-2022 completion.
