Park Avenue Apartments in Springfield Central form part of Greater Springfield, the 2010 winner of the FIABCI Prix D’Excellence Award for ‘World’s Best Master Planned Community’. The one, two and three-bedroom apartments form part of Greater Springfield’s first apartment tower and are part of an eight-stage development that will see 600 new apartments delivered over the coming years.
Stage Two at Park Avenue Apartments consists of 68 apartments and six ‘Premium Villas’. Located adjacent to Stage One, the proposed eight-storey building offers a mix of six one-bedroom apartments, 49 two-bedroom apartments, 13 three-bedroom apartments, and six three-bedroom Villas. Stage Two was released to the market in 2019.
Construction on Stages 1 and 2 are now complete.
