Harbour Village is a new apartment development located in Wentworth Point, Sydney. Sitting next to the water and close to a number of restaurants, cafes and shops, Harbour Village is perhaps most ideal for professionals and downsizers due to its central location and price point.
There are a range of one, two and three-bedroom apartments on offer at Harbour Village, with a variety of floor plan configurations. All of the apartments have open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas that connect to slightly larger than normal, enclosed balconies. The enclosed balconies will allow residents to use them year-round, even during the colder winter months. Every apartment has a neutral colour scheme with wood-style accents. All of the apartments come with upgrade options like wooden floors.
Harbour Village will include 24-hour onsite security.
The display suite for Harbour Village is located just down the road from the development site, at 6-8 Baywater Drive, Wentworth Point. It is open by appointment only. To make an appointment to view the display suite, please use the enquiry form below.
Harbour Village has not started construction yet. Please check back soon for more information.

If residents have children, then it’s just a stroll down the road to Wentworth Point Public School. A number of high schools are also within the surrounding area: Marsden High School, Homebush Buys High School, Riverside Girls High School, Trinity Catholic College, Auburn Girls High School and Ryde Secondary College are are less than 15 minutes from Sanctuary.
Residents at Harbour Village will have acces to the Pulse Lifestyle Club within the development. The residents-only club will include both an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts, a playground, function rooms and a library.
