A new apartment project in Parramatta, West Village is perhaps ideal for professionals and families due to its central location and proximity to public transport, schools, retail centers and workplaces. There are a variety of apartments still selling in the completed development.
West Village is a recently completed new apartment development sitting in almost the center of Parramatta. The project is close to public transport options, the Great Western Highway, and a number of shops, restaurants and cafes. The ground floor of West Village is home to a number of retail stores and some restaurants, so residents don’t have to travel far to get what they need
One, two and three-bedroom apartments are still available within the development. Every apartment comes with engineered wood flooring, which is something you usually see as a luxury upgrade and not as a standard inclusion. Its inclusion highlights how much effort has been put into the design at West Village. The kitchens all have caesarstone benchtops, mirrored splashbacks and timber veneer features, with Miele appliances.
As construction has drawn to a close, interested buyers can view available apartments onsite. To make an appointment to do so, please use the enquiry form below.
Construction on West Village is complete, meaning the project is ready to move into today.
Located at 88 Church Street, Parramatta, West Village sits just off the Great Western Highway. In an extremely well-connected position due to its proximity to the highway and a number of bus stops (and the Parramatta Train Station only five minutes walk down the road), residents can be in the Sydney CBD in less than 45 minutes. If you work more locally, residents will be able to get around quite quickly as most buses come at least every 15 minutes.
There are a number of restaurants, cafes and shops in the area surrounding West Village. The Westfield Parramatta shopping center is two minutes walk down the street, and is home to everything from a barber to bank branches to a Guylian Cafe. Five minutes drive will put residents on Phillip Street, with restaurants like Alex & Co., which regularly has live entertainment, and Table 30, one of the most well-known restaurants in the area.
There are a number of schools in the surrounding area. The closest is Parramatta Public School (three minutes drive away), which caters to students in Prep to Year 6. Other primary schools close by include St Patrick’s Parramatta (which is the oldest catholic parish school in Australia) and Sacred Heart Primary School in Westmead. There are also a number of high schools nearby, catering to students in grades 7 through to 12: Parramatta High School, Macarthur Girls High School, Our Lady of Mercy College Parramatta, and Arthur Phillip High School, which is the state’s first ‘vertical’ high school.
Residents at West Village have access to a rooftop entertaining area with a number of gardens and seating areas, grassy terraces and BBQ areas.

West Village was developed by EcoWorld International. West Village was their first project in Australia, although the Malaysian developer has a number throughout several countries including Embassy Gardens in London and Yarra One in Melbourne.
