Lilli Lane is a new townhouse development located in the Salisbury, a mixed use suburb located 9km’s to the south of the Brisbane CBD. Designed for both investors and owner-occupiers, Lilli Lane is currently under construction.
Lilli Lane is a new project comprised of 17 three and four-bedroom townhouses. Designed to mimic the traditional Queenslanders, with a high-pitched roof and timber weatherboards, Lilli Lane also puts a modern twist on the design, with exposed brick work.
The living, dinging and lounge areas are open-plan. This makes the interior spaces feel larger, whilst also integrating the indoor and outdoor areas — something every Queenslander enjoys due to the (mostly) sunny weather. The kitchens have Italian pressed-porcelain benchtops and soft close drawers, along with timber detailing, which brings a lot of light into the space. All of the townhouses have their own private courtyard area, which is slight bigger than usual, which is another element which helps to make the townhouses feel larger.
All of the townhouses also have doube side-by-side garages and ducted air-conditioning. The site is a little elevated so we would expect some of the homes to have local views.
The Stanhope Residences are a comparable project to Lilli Lane. The three-bedroom townhouses are located in Upper Coomera, and have recently completed construction. With resort-style amenities including a pool, residents lounge and BBQ area available for residents use, these apartments are ideal for families and downsizers. Prices start from $434,900, and for investors, the expected rental valuation is between $440 and $480 per week.

Construction at Lilli Lane is well underway, as evident in the below video. Construction is expected to complete in early 2020.
Lilli Lane is located at 113 Lillian Avenue, Salisbury. Nine kilometres outside of the Brisbane CBD, this is the ideal location for those who want to live close to the action, yet far enough away that they can unwind and not be bothered by how busy the CBD can get. This doesn’t mean that Lilli Lane is out of the way however, as there are also a number of major infrastructure developments nearby, including the QEII Hospital and the Queensland Sport and Atheltics Centre (QSAC). Griffith Univeristy’s Mount Gravatt and Nathan campuses are within twenty minutes drive.
All of the townhouses at Lilli Lane are self-contained, therefore there are no communal facilities. Residents do have access to secure underground parking however, along with visitor car parks.
