A new apartment project in Surfers Paradise, Allure Chevron Island is a 17-storey project. With two and three-bedroom apartments available, the new project is being marketed towards owner-occupiers due to its location on the exclusive Chevron Island.
Allure Chevron Island is a new apartment development sitting on the center of the Surfers Paradise island, Chevron Island. With 95 apartments spread across 17 levels, Allure is being marketed towards owner-occupiers. There are two and three-bedroom apartment configurations available, with either one or two car parks. Two-bedroom one carpark apartments are priced from $495,950, three-bedroom one carpark apartments start from $768,000, and three-bedroom two carpark apartments are priced from $768,600.
All of the apartments have either city or water views, along with slightly larger balconies than usual. The black, grey and white finishes throughout the apartments will give them a sophisticated, modern look, whilst still allowing residents to customise each space. The master bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms.
Another Gold Coast project worth checking out is Mali Residences. Located right on the border of Broadbeach and Mermaid Beach, these apartments have both beach and park views and are generously sized with large balconies. Mali Residences is definitely geared towards owner-occupiers, with a lot of interest from downsizers. The developers, Dankav, are no strangers to the Gold Coast and have developed several apartment complexes in the area before, however, Mali is in a league of its own, especially in terms of facilities and architectural design.
The display suite for Allure Chevron Island is located at Shop 5/46 Thomas Drive, Surfers Paradise. It is open by appointment only. To make an appointment, please enquire below.
A construction timeline for Allure has not been announced yet. Please check back soon for more information.
Located at 26-28 Dalpura Street, Surfers Paradise, Allure sits firmly in the middle of Chevron Island. Whilst the project has a Surfers Paradise address, Chevron Island is viewed almost as another suburb by locals. With one street coming in and out of the Island, living on Chervron Island is a very different experience to living in Surfers Paradise proper. Far more laid back and with a much larger % of owner occupiers as oppossed to holiday makers, Chevron Island appeals to a different buyer than Surfers Paradise, perhaps those chasing a more laid back lifestyle.
Predominantly surrounded by other residential developments and houses, the apartments are still only a few minutes walk away from Thomas Drive, which is the main thoroughfare on the island. Thomas Drive is also home to most of the restaurants, cafes and shops in the area, so residents will never have to go far to get the milk/eggs/bread or the early morning cappuccino or afternoon beer or wine.
There are quite a few schools close to Allure, due to its central location. Surfers Paradise State School, which caters to students in Prep – Year 6, is just under 10 minutes drive away, while the Kool Kids Early Learning Centre is just a little further away. Keebra Park State High School is the closest high school, just over 5 minutes away. The Southport School, an all-boys Anglican school is close by, as is their all-girls sister school, St Hilda’s.
Residents will have access to a resident’s lounge area and gym. On the roof, there will be an infinity-edge pool, along with BBQ and lounge areas.
