Village Palm Beach is a new apartment development sitting one block back from the beach. The Palm Beach project consists of 72 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as three four-bedroom townhouses (facing Jefferson Lane). The development will have two podium levels consisting of shops and restaurants.
APRIL 2020: Construction has begun at Village Palm Beach, as is evident in the image below. It is currently expected to finish on schedule.
Located at 8 Palm Beach Avenue, Palm Beach, Village sits just one block back from the water. The development sits on the corner of the Gold Coast Highway and Palm Beach Avenue, giving residents great connectivity and accessibility to nearby amenities such as cafes and shops.
Residents will have access to a dual-level podium on the ground floor of the development, which will be home to a number of shops and restaurants. There will also be green spaces incorporated throughout the lobby, along with a surfboard wash off area, and secure beach and bike storage. On the rooftop residents will have access to a pool, and a terrace and BBQ area.
