Enclave is a house and land development located in Earlville, Cairns. The 58-lot project has lots that range between 458 to 830 sqm. Located seven kilometres outside of the Cairns CBD, Enclave is the last near-CBD residential land release in the area. There are a number of house and land packages available, with all lots being ready to build and titled. Currently, all of the house designs for the lots are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, with double garages. There are six different builders offering houses, all of which are designed to suit a variety of families.

Enclave, as the last residential land release near the Cairns CBD, is obviously a little special. The 58-lot development offers both land for sale independently, as well as house and land packages for sale, with lots ranging in size from 458 to 830 sqm. This is larger than usual and combined with the park on one side of the estate, means that residents will never run out of space.
The houses at Enclave are all four bedrooms, two bathrooms, with double garages. Most of them also have a media/multi-purpose room as well. The living, dining and kitchen area is open plan, which is ideal in the sunny Queensland weather, and will allow residents to keep an eye on the kids outside while doing tasks inside. There is an option to add solar panels to some of the houses, is a worthwhile addition, considering Cairns gets quite a lot of sun throughout the year.
UPDATE MARCH 2019: Road construction, landscaping and the park at Enclave are now complete, meaning all lots are now ready to build on.
Enclave is located a minute away from Henley’s Hill Park, a large park with a few lakes in it. It’s a well-loved haunt of locals in the area due to its size and the walking tracks throughout it. The closest school to Enclave is Our Lady Help of Christians School, which is four minutes away, and there are a number of kindergartens within 15 minutes of the house and land development if residents have younger children.
5 minutes away, residents will be able to access the Stockland Cairns Shopping Centre, which has everything from Westpac branches to Big W to cinemas. The Cairns Base Hospital is 15 minutes away, and the Cairns International Airport only two minutes further than that.
Residents at Enclave will have access to a small park, known as Jacamunda Park, sitting on one side of the estate. The park will include a playground for any younger residents and will be a great place to host get-togethers with friends and family.
Enclave is being developed by well-known property developer Urbex. Urbex is a BMD Group company which has completed projects throughout Brisbane, Sydney, Cairns, Darwin, Townsville, Mackay and Melbourne since 2003. They have created both residential and commercial developments, and Enclave is their latest offering to the Cairns market.
