A boutique apartment development located in Burleigh Heads, Luna overlooks the nearby beach and ocean. Just off the main road, these apartments are in a great location for families or downsizers as they are close to most amenities on the Gold Coast.

  • 8 three-bedroom apartments priced from $3,900,000.
  • Located at 50 Goodwin Terrace, Burleigh Heads.
  • Construction is expected to begin in March 2020.
  • There is only one apartment per floor, meaning residents will have no neighbours and can enjoy full-floor views.

The Project

Luna is a new boutique apartment development overlooking the ocean in Burleigh Heads. The eight full-floor residences have floor-to-ceiling windows which will allow residents to capitalise on those expansive views. The penthouse is dual-level, with its own private rooftop pool. Each apartment has three bedrooms, with all bedroom equipped with an ensuite bathroom. The large 261m² apartments will also feature a large study space which is perfect for those who work from home. The apartments also have their own individual dry bars, and customisable kitchens with a butler’s pantry — an ideal set up for any serious cooks or entertainers. The balconies also have integrated BBQ/outdoor kitchenette areas.

All of the apartments at Luna make a statement with their modern beach-house look. This is evident in the use of stone, European Oak and brushed nickel throughout the finishes, as you can see in the renders above.

Comparable Projects to Luna

Elysian Broadbeach is also situated on the Gold Coast project and has been attracting similar types of buyers to Luna. Situated at 185 Old Burleigh Road. Developers, Spyre Group, acquired the 825 square-metre site which was previously home to an older block of eight units in May of 2017. Construction is now well underway and the apartments are due for completion by the 2nd quarter of 2020. Elysian will feature two and three-bedroom apartments as well as a ‘penthouse collection’ of apartments. Joining the ranks of Gold Coast’s most impressive apartments with equally impressive views, the Elysian Broadbeach apartments will be a much-welcomed addition to the area. Elysian has seen strong demand with local and interstate buyers alike, with many joining two apartments together to create a larger space.
