Maya Kirra Beach overlooks one of the world’s most iconic surf breaks. The boutique Gold Coast apartment development will include 15 two and three-bedroom apartments over nine levels, with a penthouse topping level nine.

The new apartments for sale at Maya are designed to emulate the traditional beachfront home, with each having large windows to allow abundant natural light in, the design facilitating cross-flow breezes. All of the apartments also include built-in SMEG appliances, including two Dolce Stil Novo ovens, along with a butler’s pantry (a must-have for cooks!). There are also two car parks for every Maya Kirra Beach apartment. Prices start at $1,450,000.

Residents have access to a private dining area, a seating nook, a pool, and a leisure area that includes BBQ facilities, bathrooms and beach showers.

I’ve heard from locals, there’s some water issues with the building development? Does anyone know details regarding this as I really like the look of the development but this is concerning.
