If you’re searching for a large apartment with luxury finishes, located close to the centre of the action in the city, 443 Queen Street is another off-the-plan development worth looking into. This luxury waterfront development is located in the heart of the city on Queen Street and consists of a mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments across a 47-storey tower, all with great views. Apartments at 443 Queen Street start from $730,000 for a one-bedder. Location

Bloom on Wesley is conveniently located at 17-21 Wesley Street in the heart of Lutwyche just 5.4km from Brisbane CBD and only minutes away from the Airport Link motorway. The site is only 350m from the Lutwyche City Shopping Centre, which is currently undergoing a $60 million refurbishment, and is central to major infrastructure in Brisbane’s north including the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital 2.8km down the road and QUT university campus and many private and public schools within 5km.

Bloom on Wesley is situated close to the busy Lutwyche Road which is fantastic for easy access by car or public transport, but it is a busy road so noise may be a concern. The project is set back some way so this offers a buffer which substantially negate this, however as always we recommend an onsite visit before purchasing. Alternatively our local suburb expert can investigate this for you. Simply complete the contact form and they will get in touch.

Communal Facilities at Bloom on Wesley
