Panorama is well underway, with the bare bones of the first few levels now laid. Designed for young professionals, these Brisbane inner-city apartments sit in Bowen Hills, a suburb without the high profile of Fortitude Valley or Newstead, but firmly situated for significant growth. Residents have access to two levels of residents-only facilities, including a resort-style pool, BBQ area, and a cinema, amongst other things. One and two-bedroom apartments are available.

It’s not everyday that we can talk about a new 3-bedroom home for under $300,000 but that is what The Avenues at Leichhardt offers. A new townhouse project located in Leichhardt, Ipswich it provides a great entry point into the property market. Despite being ‘entry-level’ though, The Avenues has a very functional design (we like the laundry that doubles as a butler’s pantry!). Stage One is now complete, with Stage Two beginning construction.
