Oceanus is a new apartment development overlooking the beach in the growing Bokarina Beach estate. The eight-storey building has several one, two and three-bedroom apartments, all of which are designed to be contemporary and liveable.
Oceanus is the newest apartment project in the massive Bokarina Beach development. The eight-storey apartment building has a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments, almost all of which have views along the Sunshine Coast, from Caloundra in the south and as far as the eye can see in the north. These 180-degree views are enhanced by the slightly larger than normal balconies, and the neutral interiors of the apartments. The neutral interiors also allow buyers to put their own mark on their apartment, making it their home.
All of the apartments have Smeg appliances, and a fully integrated fridge and freezer. Secure access and intercom allow residents peace of mind, as do the firewalls between all apartments.
A similar project to Oceanus is Plaza Central Maroochydore. Although located in very different locales, Plaza Central Maroochydore also has one, two and three bedroom apartments on offer. Sitting across from the Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre, the apartments are priced from an extremely affordable $299,000.

Oceanus is located at 906 Longboard Parade, Bokarina. Separated from the beach by only a nature strip, Oceanus sits almost on the waterfront, which is what allows the project to have almost 180-degree views. There aren’t currently a large number of shops and restaurants or cafes in the immediate area surrounding Oceanus, but expect this to change and the suburb continues to be developed over the coming years. Kawana Waters State College is just down the road, and it caters to children from kindergarten to year 12.
Residents at Oceanus have access to a 25-metre lap pool and children’s pool, a lounge area, along with a gym (which overlooks the pool) and steam room. There is also a BBQ area for residents to use with family, friends, and each other.
