Everleigh Estate is designed, first and foremost, for families and first-home owners. The massive estate — which stretches over 481 hectares — includes a multitude of features for residents to make use of. This includes parklands, walking tracks and BBQ areas, to name just a few. Everleigh also has a dedicated Community Engagement Manager, whose job it is to organise events for the community throughout the year, which adds something special to the estate, and will definitely help residents form friendships with their neighbours.
There are a number of different house and land designs available throughout the estate, offered as turn-key packages, which can be bought off the plan or new and ready to move into. Lots start at 300 sqm to 633 sqm, and prices range between $195,000 and $257,000 for them. House and land packages start from $440,801. The most recent release has frontages between 10 and 20 metres.
All of the houses at Everleigh Estate are finished to a high standard. Mirvac provides residential design standards for all of the houses in the estate, which include a lot of information, but ultimately help the entire estate look good for years to come. This includes designing the houses so that they have street appeal, and are sustainable enough to both reduce ongoing costs and create less of an impact on the environment.
AUGUST 2020: The new state primary school is close to being handed over the Department of Education to design and construct the built form . The Queensland Government has announced that the school is expected to open in time for the 2022 school year.
JUNE 2020: Construction on Everleigh continues progressively, with lots in the newest Reserve Release now selling. Dozens of new homes are under construction and Mirvac is moving forward with work on its latest land release – the Reserve Release – and construction of the serviced site for a future State primary school, which it expects to hand over to the State Government mid-2020.
Everleigh Estate is located off Tevoit Road in Greenbank, making it easy to access. It’s also close to a number of amenities that residents will find themselves using, including a Woolworths, Caltex, and 7-Eleven. There’s also a pub, which is well-known for being a great place for get-togethers with friends and family. Springfield is 11km away, which means all the impressive amenities there are only 20 minutes drive away.
There is also a C&K Kindergarten minutes down the road, and Greenbank State School is less than 10 minutes drive away from the estate. This is ideal for families that will be dropping their children off on the go, because everything is close. Of course, once the estate is complete, it will include a new primary school, which will make the school drop off even easier. The closest schools are Springfield Central State High School, St. Peters Springfield, and Park Ridge State High School.
Residents at Everleigh have access to a number of communal areas and amenities, including 120.25 hectares of recreational parkland. 25% of the entire estate has been dedicated to open spaces, which includes sports fields, wetlands, conservation areas and regional parks. 25 hectares are specifically dedicated to “green space” for the residents, and is designed to create areas where they can relax, work out, and catch up. Stage 1 of the parkland have recently been opened, and it includes a BBQ area, tables and seating, a large playground and events lawn. There is also an extensive walking trail. There are local events held in these spaces, organised by the Community Engagement Manager.
