Renovaré is a five-stage, eco-friendly, master-planned development in Yeronga. Respiro is a collection of 11 three-bedroom townhomes, with prices starting at $689,000, and one, two and three-bedroom apartments, with prices starting at $409,000 for the one-bedroom apartments, and $689,000 for the three-bedroom apartments. Arboreti consists of one, two, three, four, and five-bedroom parkside residences, with prices starting at $899,000 for the four-bedroom apartments. Developer and builder, Gardner Vaughan Group, offers multiple interior designer colour schemes and customisable floor plans.

The sales suite is open on site at 172 Venner Road, Yeronga and is open from 10:30am until midday on Wednesday, 1pm until 2:30pm on Friday and 1pm until 3pm on Saturday.

The Project

Renovaré has been certified by the EDIA’s EnviroDevelopment, which is a nationally recognised rating tool used to acknowledge a development’s contribution to a sustainable society. Renovaré received a 5-leaf rating, which is indicative of the developer’s commitment to both the environment, but also their continued investment into buyers and their futures. Residents will have access to a central recreational area, with a pool and BBQ. The Community Centre and Garden, with additional gym and function spaces, further emphasizes Renovaré’s sustainable practices.

Construction Updates

The first building in the complex, Respiro is completed, with Building 2, Arboreti, currently under construction offering 1,2,3,4 & 5 bedroom apartments. Still remaining for sale in Aboreti are four-bedroom apartments from $899,000 and five-bedroom apartments from $1,495,000. Building 3, Viridi, is currently selling although construction has not yet begun.

The Location

Yeronga is a 15-minute drive south of the Brisbane CBD. Close to the river, it has great transport links with the Yeronga train station taking you directly into the city. Just across the road from the development is the popular Fehlberg Park. Just a 5-minute drive from the University of Queensland, Renovare is located in a great spot for those looking to continue their tertiary education or career in academia. Yeronga train station is located just 900m away from Renovare on Fairfield Road. Several of Brisbane’s major hospitals are located within 5km of the development, including Princess Alexandra Hospital, Greenslopes Private Hospital and Mater Hospital.
