Lusso Residences is a new apartment development located in the sought-after suburb of St Lucia. The boutique project, which is made up on six three and four-bedroom apartments, overlooks Jack Cook Memorial Park and sits in a relatively quieter part of the suburb. All of the apartments at Lusso Residences are 271 sqm or larger, with some as large as 475 sqm.
The kitchens are a stand-out feature of Lusso Residences. With Gaggenau appliances and a large island bench, the kitchen has been designed for entertaining and for serious cooks. The open-plan kitchen and dining areas have a breakfast buffet area, as well as a full-sized dining room space, allowing the area to be utilised however the buyer wants.

A similar project to Lusso Residences is The Lane Residences in Wynnum. Located at 8 Prospect Terrace, St Lucia, Lusso Residences sits across the road from Jack Cook Memorial Park. Just down the street is Sir Fred Schonell Drive, which is one of the main roads through St Lucia, heading towards The University of Queensland campus. Despite this, the apartments sit in a very suburban part of the suburb, and as such are in a very quiet area. Given the apartments relative proximity to The University of Queensland, there are a number of takeaway restaurants and cafes around, most at least five minutes drive away.
The proximity to The University of Queensland (UQ), which is one of the largest universities in the state, is part of what makes St Lucia so sought after. Aside from this however, there are a number of other schooling options nearby. Ironside State School is three minutes drive away, and caters to students from Prep to Year 6. Holy Family Primary School is five minutes drive away. High school aged students can attend Indooroopilly State High School, or Brisbane Boys College is they are a boy. Both of these schools are five minutes drive from Lusso Apartments.
