Located at 34 Leahy Close, Narrabundah, Sierra is just off Hindmarsh Drive, one of the main roads in the suburb. Only 10-minutes drive from the Canberra CBD, there are a number of amenities close by to these townhouses (of course, even if there is something you can’t find locally, the city is just a short drive away!).
There are a number of restaurants close to Sierra. Roughly 5 minutes away in the nearby suburb of Griffith, residents will find a number of the most popular restaurants in Canberra, including Aubergine Restaurant (which has won a number of awards for the past several years for its modern takes on classic dishes) and Rubicon Restaurant, known for its amazing decor and food alike. You’ll also find Sweet Little Cafe in this foodie nook (coffee lovers will love this place: several people consider it to be home to the best coffee in Canberra).
The Canberra Hospital is seven minutes drive away, which is great for residents peace of mind. The airport is just under 15 minutes away, which is great for buyers who travel frequently for work, family or pleasure. The closest bus stop is 5-minutes walk away and it will get you into the city within half an hour in peak travel times.
