If you’re looking to buy on the Sunshine Coast, there are three things you need to consider: location, location, and location. With a wide range of properties on offer, the Sunshine Coast has something to appeal to every buyer, and the major redevelopment of the area’s CBD is set to lead the whole coastal region into the 2020’s in good stead. But choosing the right home or investment property for you is especially difficult in the tumultuous times we’re living in right now, with many reconsidering whether they should buy at all. Don’t worry – now is actually an unprecedentedly good time to buy due to the large number of grants on offer and record-low interest rates.
With that in mind, we’ve bought together the best projects throughout the Sunshine Coast for your perusal. In the three months to end of June, newly-launched and nearly completed development projects across the Sunshine Coast have been hot topics on the PropertyMash website. Here, we’ve bought together the projects everyone’s talking about. These projects are ranked by visitation on PropertyMash.com. These are the Sunshine Coast’s Top 10 most visited projects that are for sale on PropertyMash.com for the past 3 months.
While this project isn’t for every buyer due to the age limit, we definitely think it’s earned it’s place in the Top 10 as an inspirational future home. A new apartment project in the increasingly-popular Sunshine Coast suburb of Sippy Downs is Forest Edge. Forming part of a two-tower project, Forest Edge consists of 60 two and three-bedroom apartments, and sits in a great location as it is in close proximity to a number of shops, restaurants, schools, and is less than 15 minutes from the new Maroochydore CBD. There are a number of features of the Forest Edge development that we really like. As a smaller building you would not normally expect a huge range of facilities for residents, but Forest Edge surprises with a rather extensive list of communal facilities. You don’t usually see facilities like these at this price range; most developments will give residents the bare minimum, while Forest Edge has multiples of most facilities (such as two BBQ areas) to ensure that residents can actually use them and have enough space to enjoy them.
