There are both three level and two level townhomes for sale. All residences at Parque offer 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, as well as generous sized balconies. Parque on Oxford is also just a short minutes drive from the Taringa Train Station and is definitely within walking distance. Also within walking distance from Parque on Oxford is the local favourite, a Italian restrauant called Place of Stones. Residents can also walk to the Gailey Fiveways, which has a Night Owl and local fruit shop, making picking up any last-minute supplies easy. Oxford Terrace is also just a few minutes walk from the river, which provides a beautiful backdrop for afternoon strolls. The University of Queensland is located in neighbouring suburb of Saint Lucia, and is about 5-minutes drive away, making Parque the perfect location for academics or researchers. There are a number of local parks close by, including Perrin Park and Jack Cook Memorial Park, both perfect for a picnic.
The connectivity of Taringa is outstanding, with easy access to the city and highways, however, the area has the vibe and culture of a quiet and quaint suburb — the best of both worlds.
