Beach Life Alex is a seven-storey apartment building that is currently under construction in the Sunshine Coast’s Alexandra Headlands. There will be 58 two and three-bedroom apartments in this new Sunshine Coast development once completed, and each is designed to maximise the views to either the beach or the parkland. Prices start at $580,000.
The $65 million complex features a two-storey atrium and vertical garden connect the Alexandra Headlands building, which is essentially split into two by design. Construction on Beach Life Alex commenced in December 2019 with completion expected for September 2020.
